Domestic Shipping: Orders usually arrive within 5–12 business days after dispatch.
International Shipping: Deliveries can take 14–30 business days, depending on customs clearance and local carriers.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes:
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, duties, or import taxes.
Swing Sword is not liable for delays, refusals, or confiscations by customs authorities.
Please ensure that the import of bladed items is permitted in your country before placing an order.
Risk and Responsibility After Shipment:
Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number is issued, responsibility for the package passes to the customer.
We are not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged shipments caused by the carrier.
Packaging and Handling:
Every sword is securely packaged to ensure safe transit.
Minor cosmetic damage to external packaging during shipping does not qualify for refunds or returns.

💸Refund Policy

The item arrived damaged during shipping.
You received the wrong product.

Custom Orders:
All custom-made swords, axes, or other personalized items are non-refundable.
Once a custom order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
Note: by Custom made we mean orders crafted on customer’s custom designs given to us.
Reporting a Problem:
To be eligible for a refund:
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
You must provide clear photographs of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.
All refund claims must be sent to contact@swingsword.com .
Failure to report within 7 days may result in your claim being denied.
Refund Approval and Process
Once we receive and review your claim:
If approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We reserve the right to deny any claim if insufficient evidence of damage or error is provided.
Non-Returnable Items:
For safety and legal reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
Custom-designed swords and axes
Modified or altered products
Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care after delivery
Return Shipping:
In cases where returns are approved, customers may be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise stated.
Return shipments must be securely packaged to prevent further damage.
Late Shipment Concession
In cases where a shipment is significantly delayed beyond the promised timeframes due to reasons within our control (such as production delays, processing errors, etc.):
